A general engineering contractor headquartered in Rio de Janeiro. We take on the contract, plan the work and deliver it with our own engineers and technicians.
Our story
We deliver the work, and we bring the people who do it
Most clients have to choose between an engineering firm that designs and manages the work, and a staffing agency that supplies the hands to carry it out. Each side blames the other when something goes wrong.
We set the company up to do both. When we win a contract, we plan it, put together the crew from our own engineers and technicians, and stay responsible until handover. The people on site are contracted by us, with a written role, location and time frame.
From Rio de Janeiro, we deliver projects and place qualified people across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, in 32 disciplines and trades, from reservoir engineering to rope access and forestry.

Our mission
To deliver engineering work safely and on time, with qualified people who know exactly what they have been contracted to do.
What we hold ourselves to

- No job is so urgent that it cannot be done safely. Anyone on our sites can stop work they believe is unsafe.
- One point of responsibility
- We own the outcome of the work and the conduct of the crew. Clients deal with one company, not a chain of subcontractors.
- Clear terms for everyone
- Clients get a written scope and price. Engineers get a written contract with their role, location and dates before they travel.
- Proven competence
- We check qualifications and experience before anyone joins a crew, and keep checking while they work.

Health, safety and environmental planning starts at the enquiry, not at mobilisation. We assess the risks of every scope before we price it, and we brief every crew on them before the first shift.
