Why choose us

Five reasons operators and contractors award us their work, and what each one means on site.

How we compare

Most firms do the engineering or supply the people. We do both.

How we compare with the two usual ways of getting engineering work done. Individual firms differ; this is the typical model.

What you get

What each of these means on your project

We deliver the project and supply the crew

You sign one contract that covers the scope of work and the people who carry it out. There is one point of contact, one set of terms and no hand-offs between a consultant and an agency.

  • A named project manager owns your contract from award to handover
  • Scope, crew, schedule and price agreed in one proposal
  • Changes handled through one change process, not two suppliers

Projects delivered under a single contract: [CLIENT TO CONFIRM]

Qualified, vetted engineers and technicians

Before anyone joins a crew, we check their certificates, work history and references, and we confirm they hold the site and medical certificates the job requires.

  • Certificates checked against the issuing body where possible
  • References from previous supervisors or clients
  • Expiry dates tracked so nobody works on a lapsed certificate

32 disciplines and trades in-house

Reservoir engineers, welders, divers, rope access technicians, surveyors and forestry crews all sit in one company. When a project needs several skills, we staff them together, so they work as one team from day one.

  • Five service groups, from engineering disciplines to forestry and land
  • Crews built from the trades each scope actually needs
  • Engineers and trades who already know our procedures

HSE built into every job

We assess the risks of a scope before we price it, write the HSE plan before we mobilise, and supervise safety on every shift. Anyone on our sites can stop work they believe is unsafe.

  • HSE plan and risk assessment for every project
  • Inductions and daily toolbox talks for every crew
  • Incidents investigated and lessons shared across crews

Clear contracts and agreed time frames

Every engineer works to a written contract that sets out their role, location, start date and end date. Clients know who is on site and until when; engineers know exactly what they have agreed to.

  • Written contract for every engineer before mobilisation
  • Role, location and dates visible to the engineer in their portal
  • Extensions and early releases agreed in writing
