Contracts

How clients award us a contract, and how we engage the engineers and technicians who deliver it. Clear terms on both sides, in writing, before work starts.

For clients

From enquiry to delivery in five steps

Every contract follows the same path, whether you need a full scope of work, a crew, or both.

  1. Step 1: Enquiry

Tell us about the project: the scope, the location, the timing and the people you need.

    We reply within 15 minutes

  2. Step 2: Site visit

Where the work needs it, our engineers visit the site to confirm conditions, access and risks.

Arranged at a time that suits your site

  3. Step 3: Proposal

We send a written proposal with the scope, the crew, the schedule, the HSE plan and our price.

Typically within few days of the visit

  4. Step 4: Contract

We agree the terms and sign one contract that covers the work and the people who deliver it.

One contract, one point of contact

  5. Step 5: Delivery

We mobilise the crew, deliver the work, report progress and hand over with full records.

    Named project manager until handover

For engineers

Every engagement starts with a written contract

Before you travel, you sign a contract that states what you will do, where and for how long. You can see it at any time in your engineer portal.

  1. Step 1: Apply

Apply for an open role on our Careers page, or create a profile so we can match you to future work.

  2. Step 2: Vetting

We check your certificates, experience and references, and confirm the site and medical certificates the role needs.

  3. Step 3: Offer

We offer you a role on a specific project, with the location and dates set out in advance.

  4. Step 4: Sign

You review and sign your written contract before anything is booked.

  5. Step 5: Mobilise and work

We handle the logistics. Your contract and its time frame stay visible in your portal throughout.

FAQ

Questions about contracts

For clients

Can we hire a crew without a full scope of work?

Yes. We can supply engineers and technicians to work within your team, deliver a defined scope with our own crew, or do both under one contract.

Who is responsible for the crew on site?

We are. Our people work under our contracts and our HSE system, and we stay responsible for their conduct and competence.

How quickly can you mobilise?

It depends on the trades, the location and the certificates needed. We confirm a mobilisation date in the proposal.

Which countries do you work in?

We deliver projects and place people across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, from our head office in Rio de Janeiro.

Can we change the scope after signing?

Yes. Changes to scope, crew or dates are agreed in writing through one change process and recorded against the contract.

For engineers

Do I get a written contract before I travel?

Always. Nobody mobilises without a signed contract stating their role, location and dates.

Where can I see my contract?

In your engineer portal, under My contracts. It shows the role, location, start and end dates and the current status.

Can my contract be extended?

Yes, if the project needs it and you agree. Extensions are confirmed in writing and appear in your portal.

What certificates do I need?

It depends on the role and the site. The certificates required are listed in the job advert and in your contract.

Can I edit my contract in the portal?

No. You can read your contract at any time, but only our team can change it, after agreeing the change with you in writing.

Ready to talk about a contract?

Clients can request a quote; engineers can apply for an open role.
