Working with us
Know what you signed up for before you travel
We hire engineers and technicians for our own projects, so you deal with the company that runs the work, not a chain of agencies.

- A written contract for every assignment
- Your role, site, start date and end date are agreed in writing before you mobilise, and you can see them in your engineer portal.
- Safety comes before the schedule
- HSE planning starts at the brief. Every crew member has the authority to stop work that is not safe.
- Work across 32 disciplines and trades
- Move between projects and regions as your experience grows, from rig floors to subsea campaigns and plant shutdowns.
- One team from offer to handover
- Our project and HR teams handle your onboarding, travel and site induction, and stay your point of contact on site.
